Carrie grew up on Wehle Farm and currently lives there with her husband, Justin Andre. She began riding at a very early age, starting in the hunter ring at a few local shows as a child.

Over the years Carrie has competed in the Zone II Hunter Finals Amateur Owner's Division (3'6) and has qualified for the Washington International Horse Show as well as the Pennsylvania National Horse Show in the Regular Working Hunter Division (4'). She has earned many championships and reserve championships in both divisions at A and B rated shows.

Carrie is now one of this area's leading event riders. She has been ranked Nationally in the top five twice at the Preliminary level and once at Training level. She has competed successfully through the Intermediate level of eventing.

Carrie has trained extensively with Carol Kozlowski, Heidi Stuart Vahue and Mark Frohm. She is currently training with Phillip Dutton and Jane Savoie. She has ridden with some of the nation's and world's best riders, including: Ian Miller, Wash Bishop, David O'Connor, Sally O'Connor, Abigail Lufkin, Michael Page and Mara Depuy.

Carrie also has a great passion for Fox Hunting. She currently rides with the Genesee Valley Hunt in Geneseo, NY., and has whipped-in for the Hopper Hills Hunt.
